I’m heading to Ireland tomorrow and I’m so excited!!!! I can't believe it's finally here. 🗓️

I also have a surpise for you!!! 👀

I’ll be sharing photos and little moments from the trip along the way, so you can follow the experience in real time. The majority of the action will be in my private group so be sure you are in there if you want to follow along. But that's not the surprise...

I’ve opened another Highlights of Ireland group trip for next year‼️

When you ask??? June 5 - 13, 2027, so SAVE THE DATES!

We’re keeping it small (only 16 spots), so it stays fun, easy, and personal.

If you want in, now’s the time to secure your spot! There’s no deposit required yet - just a commitment to hold your place and be first in line.

Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once we reach the minimum to lock in our private group space, deposits will open to those on the list first.

Something I see a lot more than people talk about…
Some trips don’t actually feel like a break ✈️
They look amazing on social media 📸
They’re packed with activities 🏝️
They’re full of places to go and things to see 🌍
But when people get home…
they feel more tired than when they left 😴
And it’s not because the trip was “bad.”

There’s usually a simple reason behind it — and most people don’t realize it until after the trip.
This is something I actually see all the time when people plan vacations.

I put together a quick list of the most common reasons this happens (and what to do differently next time).

Good morning all! My intention to re-start our solo traveller club in person meetings in Jan didn't pan out, but I am ready for Feb! I am super excited that we already have 6 new members registered.

Please be sure to register if you are available so I can plan the meeting at an appropriate location. (link is in the comments)

Of course you can always change your mind if your plans change, but it is very helpful to have an idea of how many people to expect, especially if someone has offered to host (which they have! 😊).

Please invite anyone you know who may be interested. I love that our group is continually growing.

I got some great news last week - there are still 7 spots being held in my private group trip to Ireland in April! I guarantee you will have the time of your life if you join us 😉

Solo travellers - there is no single supplement if you decide to join and do not have a rommate (but are open to sharing a room with another same s*x solo traveller).

This is an extremely small group, which means you will experience a very personalized tour.

Good news!!!!! Our local solo travel club meet ups in Regina are resuming in January🙌 All dates for 2026 have been set and can be found on the group page (link is in the comments). Please be sure to RSVP if you plan on attending. While there is absolutely no commitment or cost to attend, it does help me to plan the event if I know how many people are attending.

If you haven't attended a meeting yet, this is a great time to join in - and invite a friend or two or three. The meetings are super casual and meant to bring together like minded people who love travel and love talking about travel. The meetings are for everyone!
If you would like to host, organize or contribute to the planning of one or more meetings, please let me know.

I look forward to seeing you in January for our first meeting of 2026. 🎉

Winter Group Trip Opportunity
I am going to to be running a group trip this fall or winter. I won't be going on this one, but you have the opportunity to be the group leader and take advantage of some special perks for doing so!

The main ones are:

1. You pick the destination ✈️

2. You pick the time the works for you 📆

3. I will do all the marketing!

4. You do not have to put a deposit down unless the group is going ahead.

5. You do not have to do anything other than enjoy your trip. I will still be the coordinator for everything, even in destination.

6. There may be discounts and other perks depending on the size of the group.
