Our office will be closing early on Friday August 7th at 2pm. Any permit orders must be into the office early to ensure receipt of any permits required. We will reopen Monday morning normal hours

Heads up! This coming weekend (starting on Wednesday through to the following Monday) there will be a tremendous amount of traffic approaching Regina SK from all directions due to the Craven Country Jamboree in Lumsden SK (north of Regina, south of Saskatoon). Traffic with many campers will begin Wednesday with lineups for entry into the Lumsden area and traffic will continue until the campers and attendees for the jamboree leaves Sunday and Monday. Please be prepared for extra traffic in this area!

Heads up. North Dakota will be closing US52 at MM20.9 at the railroad tracks (close to Flaxton/Bowbells area). The closure starts June 29 through end of day July 3. There is no state detour for this.

Heads Up!!! Next week is full of travel restrictions on both sides of the border. Canada Day restrictions will start on Tuesday June 30th until Thursday July 2nd. Then US Independence Day restrictions start in some jurisdictions on July 2nd and the rest on July 3rd and the restrictions don't end until Sunday or Monday (depending on the jurisdiction). It is important to read your permits to know what you can and cannot do during these travel restricted holidays. If using annual permits, you still need to know what and where the restrictions are and if you need to file trip logs, they must be done ahead of the DOT day off.

Next US DOT HOLIDAY up is this Friday, June 19th. It is called June Nineteenth Day. The vast majority of US DOT offices are closed however there are no restrictions. If you require permits for Friday, please let our office know with enough notice to be able to obtain the permit, especially if it is a state that must go to DOT for approval. If the permit isn't received by end of day on Thursday, then it won't be issued until Monday.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND to all our friends and family in the USA. This weekend is a travel restricted weekend for oversize and/or overweight permitted loads. In many jurisdictions, travel stops today at noon until Tuesday at sunrise. Please check your permits for travel allowances. In most cases it is regardless of the size of your load. Please plan accordingly.
