Chimo Air Service

Chimo Air Service Chimo Air is a charter air service in Northwestern Ontario. All of our aircrafts are on floats and range in size from a Cessna 180 to a turbine Otter.

We fly from Red Lake, Ontario to several different fishing and hunting camps, outposts and private cabins. Here at Chimo, we have a fleet of 5 aircraft... 2 of which are capable of flying external loads such as canoes. We are the only company allowed to carry 2 canoes with up to 6 passengers in the entire Red Lake District. We also have 2 Noorduyn Norseman; one of which was featured in the film "S

nowalker", based on the novel by Farley Mowat. Along with our air charters we offer souvenirs, fishing licences and ice.Parking is free, and so is coffee and the use of our "library". We even have over-night storage for pre-ordered groceries.
