- LIVE EXCERCISE COMPLETE -

Safety and security are a top priority at Red Deer Regional Airport.

Today, we’re conducting a live emergency exercise in coordination with local partners. You may notice increased activity from Red Deer County and The City of Red Deer emergency response teams as we simulate an incident at the airport.

This is only an exercise. There are no impacts to regular airport operations, and all services continue as usual.

Exercises like this help ensure teams are prepared, coordinated, and ready to respond when it matters most.

We appreciate the support of our partners and community.
