Thank you East Coast Glow for featuring our cottage in your post today! We have come to associate ECG’s lovely Wild River Mint + Rosemary soaps as the aroma of vacation. We always breathe it in whenever we’re using it and it’s like aroma therapy helping us to relax. (We love the Wild Lavender + Fir Needle products too!)

We made this little shelf to fit our first floor half bath using the original 2x6 boards reclaimed from renovating the original structure. It took the stain beautifully and the 100 year old wood grain adds a warmth and texture to the traditional porcelain pedestal sink and tile flooring. Really pulls in the wood from the ornate antique mirror frame above the vanity!
