Ride Ready Report — Monday, June 15th
Port Dover, Ontario
Tomorrow is shaping up to be a beautiful, dry, mainly sunny ride day — a welcome break after Sunday’s storms.

Morning: 12°C (feels 10°C), Mainly sunny, W wind 25 km/h, gusts 47 km/h, POP 20%
Afternoon: 19°C (feels 19°C), Mainly sunny, W wind 32 km/h, gusts 50 km/h, POP 20%
Evening: 18°C, Mainly sunny, SW wind 22 km/h, gusts 42 km/h, POP 20%
Overnight: 14°C, partly cloudy, SW wind 19 km/h, POP 20%

Wind Notes
It’s a windy one — steady west winds with gusts up to 50 km/h in the afternoon.
Not dangerous, but you’ll feel it on open farm roads and lakeshore stretches.

Best Time to Ride
Morning or evening are your sweet spots.
Afternoon is still great, just the windiest part of the day.

Ride Recommendation
Green‑light day.
Dry roads, sunshine, and comfortable temps make this a perfect day for a longer loop, a coffee ride, or a social spin.
Just expect a bit of a push heading west — and a glorious tailwind coming home.

Quick Reminders
UV will be strong with all that sun
Hydrate — cooler temps can trick you
Secure anything that catches wind (vests, loose pockets, etc.)

RIDE READY REPORT — SUNDAY, JUNE 14, 2026
Port Dover • North Shore Cycle

Morning (6–11 AM)
A wet start. Expect steady showers through the morning with temps around 14–16°C. Roads will be slick, visibility reduced, and the wind off the lake will add a bit of chill. If you’re riding early, waterproofs and fenders are mandatory.

Mid‑Day (11 AM–4 PM)
Rain tapers to on‑and‑off showers. Not a washout, but not fully dry either. Temps rise to 18–20°C with a light southwest breeze. Rideable if you’re comfortable with mixed conditions, but expect spray and grit.

Evening (4–9 PM)
Finally improving. Skies break up, winds ease, and temps settle around 17–19°C. This is your best window for a clean, enjoyable ride. Roads will still be damp but much more manageable.

Ride Call
Cautiously Ride Ready — later in the day.
Morning is a rain‑soaker, mid‑day is hit‑and‑miss, but the evening looks solid for anyone wanting smoother miles. If you want quality, wait it out. If you’re stubborn, pack a rain jacket and a sense of humour.
