Andres Truck and Trailer is hiring an Operations Coordinator.
This role is very diverse and has many moving parts, so the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Working knowledge of both Quickbooks and Excel is essential as these are fundamental to our company as is an understanding of trucking, farm equipment and livestock/agriculture in rural Saskatchewan.

Operations Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-time hours
*Export documentation
*Livestock shipments - Canada and US
*Parts - ordering and organizing
*Registrations - vehicles, trailers, rentals
*Ensure all safety’s are completed on time - vehicles and trailers
*Permits - bin moving
*Data entry - feedlot animal tracking
*Rentals (seasonal)
*Setting the Truck Wash Schedule and tracking hours
*Consistent and effective communication with truck drivers, feedlot and truck wash employees, mechanics and customer
