When you hear the title CEO, you think experienced, powerful, wise. Ours somehow checks all those boxes with just 2.5 years of life experience.

Since taking over, she’s done nothing but drive the company forward (and strongly suggests she should also be allowed to drive the trucks 🚛). Whether it’s the daily giggles, the enthusiastic goodbye waves every morning, or her very serious commitment to pressing every horn she sees, she’s got the whole team showing up early and working hard.

It might seem like it’s all fun and games when the CEO is around—but don’t let the cute smile fool you 😋 She can switch into boss mode real quick. If snacks aren’t fully stocked or you ignore a direct order to honk the horn, expect consequences.

Expect a formal escalation to HR (Elmo), or worse—a closed-door meeting where you’ll be subjected to an intense toddler-gibberish performance review. No notes, no translation, no survivors. You will leave that office questioning your job performance, your life choices… and possibly the English language.

Vito – Head of Security 💪 🐶

On paper, Vito was everything we were looking for. Impressive resume, strong Italian name… we were fully expecting a no-nonsense enforcer with nerves of steel and a stare that could stop you in your tracks. And to be fair, he looks the part — built like a brick house, sharp teeth, and the kind of presence that makes you do a double take.

But behind the tough exterior? This guy is on break more than he’s actually working. We’re talking elite-level lounging. Grass? He’s rolling in it. Driveway? He’s sunbathing on it. Security shift? Optional, apparently.

Now don’t get too comfortable — if you step into our yard unannounced, you will be greeted by an 80lb missile of fur and slobber moving at top speed. It’s less of a security check and more of an enthusiastic welcome… whether you’re ready for it or not.

Your best (and only) chance of survival? Come prepared. We’re talking a handful of treats, unlimited belly rubs, and maybe a little cheese if you really want to stay on his good side.

Without this guy putting in the long hours, this whole operation would grind to a halt. Tom is the voice behind the phone calls, the guy behind the emails, and the one organizing every single bin delivery, drop-off, and pickup like it’s a perfectly planned chess match.

He knows the ins and outs of every Ottawa neighbourhood—back roads, shortcuts, side streets you didn’t even know existed. If you’re ever lost, don’t bother with Google Maps… just call Tom.

On top of being our unofficial navigation system, Tom works directly with customers and contractors every day.
