I was incredibly lucky to have a dear friend go all the way to Iceland just to bring me back a beautiful ball of blue wool! (She also spent her days riding Icelandic horses but clearly that was a side journey lol) This ball of wool has sat being stared at as I decided how best to use it for months. Picking it up and looking at patterns and putting it back down. Finally this weekend I found a pattern I loved for a toque, and I could easily make a cowl pattern to match.

So paired with some .jonasson.farm wool from and I now have a beautiful toque and cowl of Icelandic wool half grown and spun in Canada and half grown and spun in Iceland ❤️

I have space for 3 more local orders this year before Christmas! Either mittens or Moccasins. Pricing starts at $175, but variable based on finishes. I am not taking anymore Christmas shipping orders due to the postal strike.
**Note local orders must be able to pick up either in Poplar Point or at Proctor Designs in Portage La Prairie**
