In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience by building strong relationships, coordinating shipments, providing freight quotes, and ensuring accurate shipment tracking.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience quoting and pricing freight
✅ Understands weights and dimensions regulations
✅ Knows Canadian and U.S. geography and transit times
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

After last night's storm left our office without power, the team took advantage of the nice weather and set up an outdoor office using truck Wi-Fi as our backup. When there's work to be done, we find a way!

We're still responding to emails and keeping things moving.
