How it Works

How do I receive my products? You place the order 24h before you arrive at the place you are staying. You select the products from the catalog, check out, and give us the delivery instructions. The order goes into our partner network of local wholesale retailers available 24/7 for order processing. At the same time, the order goes to our courier network, where it is optimized for delivery based on geolocation data and the availability of drivers.

The courier will leave the order at the hotel reception or at your room if you have arrived already. Failing either of these options, we will go to a nearby parcel point/locker/shop for you to collect (details will be sent to the phone number/email address on the order confirmation). In case of any questions, you receive the courier's phone, so you can reach him.
