So, as some of you may know I no longer have the Cargo Van. Finally after years of great service it had enough. After it was stolen in 2016, found and then repaired it never was the same. Went to scrap in sept of 2017.

Goodbye Van. It’ been a good 5 years.

So, What does the future hold? How will I operate without my Van?

Here is what is happening as of March 2018.

The Good: I am using rental trucks/vans. This means that I have access to any size truck up to 20ft. For the bigger moves it means everything is WAY more efficient. From packing the truck to loading and unloading. Everything is so much faster and easier which means we save so much more time which, in the end, covers the cost of the rental fee or most of it. We rarley have to do several trips as we had to often with the van. So the cost of the rental that is added to the total bill is recouped by saving time which in turn saves money.

The Bad: Unfortunately, single or few item moves such as a table and chairs or a couch etc. are not very affordable using the rental system. So, I am not taking these requests at the moment. I am in the middle of some decision making so will post here if that service will be offered again.

Anyways, Will try to be better at keeping you all informed and the website updated. Cheers! Love to Montreal! [email protected]

July 27th, 2018 update
Hey there folks,

It has been quite a long time since I posted on the site. Life has been very very busy. The high moving season 2018 was amazing and hell at the same time. The worst of it was on the 29th, 30th, 1st. 12 moves in 3 days in an awful heatwave. Got through it with out any mishaps. Stayed hydrated and maintained salt and potassium levels.

UPDATE: Hi Folks, it been quite awhile since I've posted on here but here is what is up.
If your looking to move apartments, artists studios, offfice or retail spaces here is the system we have in place these days.
We do the booking and pickup of the rental truck and whatever extra equipment you require for your move such as blankets and dollys. After your move is complete we return the truck in proper order so you don't have to. This saves you alot of time, possible extra charges and takes the pressure and risk out of driving and parking a big truck. We don't charge any extra fees for this service. All you pay for is the cost of the rental and our fee for the labor.
It is good for you because you don't have to stand in line, wait on the phone or waste time on the internet booking a truck, picking it up and returning it after an exausting day of moving. We take care of that and move everything from your old place to your new place with no hassel. This is good for us because we have a proper truck with a ramp, boxes area, seat for the customer and an option to match truk size with the size of the move.

The down side of this system is that we are no longer doing single item moves, such as a couch or desk however, I am looking into doing a van/truck sharing option where we can move many single items on a certain day and the rental cost would be shared by all the customers on that day.
