King’s Transfer Mississauga – Office Administration clerk
King’s is a family owned, national / International household goods moving company celebrating it’s
100th year in business.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and versatile candidate to join our Team as an
administrative clerk.
- Auditing move documents
- Auditing revenue
- Auditing driver statements
- Accounts payable and receivable collection tracking
- Answering phone calls
- Answering customer inquiries as needed
- Scanning documents
- Mailing list preparation
- Preparing moving documents prior to shipments loading
- Managing storage accounts
Other duties as assigned. Being a small office, you will be asked to assist in other office departments
when needed.
Skills & Experience:
• minimum of High School diploma
• prefer prior experience in the moving industry
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, presenting)
Employment Type & Hours: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm,
Monday to Friday.
