Greeting visitors and answering phones.
Track Stock of supplies and office equipment and place order when necessary.
Filing forms and documents, Create expense or other reports.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping & Sending invoices and collecting receipts
Maintain organized filing methods
Answer calls and direct clients accordingly.
Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail.
Create and keep records update using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Receiving and recording cash and cheques.
Performing other Administrative Duties by using skills - Filing, sorting, Scanning, teamwork.
