Cette semaine, on a souligné les 20 ans de service de Cénia Bolduc, directrice adjointe cabine, et de Martine Lessard, spécialiste en gestion du programme de formation.
Vingt ans, ça mérite qu'on s'arrête deux minutes.
Quand Cénia et Martine sont arrivées chez Nolinor, on opérait uniquement des Convair 580. Cénia a commencé comme agente de bord. Martine a commencé comme régulatrice de vol. Elles ont occupé plusieurs rôles depuis, elles ont vu la flotte changer, les bases s'ajouter, les équipes grandir. Elles étaient là avant, elles sont encore là, et elles ont contribué à chaque étape.
C'est ce genre de parcours qui construit une entreprise. Pas les grandes annonces. Les gens qui restent, qui s'adaptent, qui prennent de nouveaux mandats et qui font la job comme il faut, année après année.
Comme le veut la tradition chez Nolinor, Cénia et Martine ont reçu leur montre Breitling aujourd'hui. C'est notre façon de dire merci à ceux et celles qui ont donné 20 ans à l'entreprise.
Cénia, Martine, merci pour votre implication, votre constance et tout ce que vous avez apporté à Nolinor depuis vos débuts. Twenty years is worth stopping for.
When Cénia and Martine joined Nolinor, the Convair 580 was the only aircraft we operated. Cénia started as a flight attendant. Martine started as a flight dispatcher. They have held several roles since then. They watched the fleet change, the bases multiply and the teams grow. They were here before, they are still here, and they contributed at every step.
That is what builds a company. Not the big announcements. The people who stay, who adapt, who take on new mandates and who do the job right, year after year.
As is the tradition at Nolinor, Cénia and Martine received their Breitling watch today. It is our way of saying thank you to those who have given 20 years to the company.
Cénia, Martine, thank you for your commitment, your consistency and everything you have brought to Nolinor since day one. Congratulations to you both.
