Happy Birthday to man behind the Caballero name — the man who can diagnose a lift from across the shop just by hearing it sigh, groan, or complain… which is ironic, because he can’t hear us unless we yell his name three times.

He’s got more knowledge than the ALI manual, more stubbornness than a seized bolt, and he still refuses to quit even when his back makes noises that would fail a safety inspection.

Not saying the number, but he’s now at the age where he can tell you exactly what’s wrong with the lift…but needs a minute to remember why he walked into the office.
