Full-Time Office Administrator – Impound Yard
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Full-Time Office Administrator to join our busy impound yard team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling customer interactions, and can manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Position Details
* Job Type: Full-Time
* Schedule: Includes every other weekend
* Location: On-site at our impound yard
1851 pension lane
* Hours: 8am - 6pm
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
* Process vehicle releases and related documentation
* Handle payments and maintain accurate records
* Communicate with towing operators, customers, and law enforcement when required
* Manage filing, data entry, and general office administration
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all paperwork
* Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
* Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
* Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
