Feel like an ambitious sewing project? This is the Tent Room of Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire, UK. It's the last surviving 'Khedival Suradeq', sewn completely by hand more than 130 years ago by the Tentmakers of Cairo, and restored in 2003 by female tentmakers from Gujarat, India. Would you like a room like this in your home?

this group of people are amazing. The whole idea for the quilt exhibit started with them and their trust in us to make this happen. I remember the village of Ailsa Craig didn't think anyone would come and now they were able to take all the vision and hard work and make it their own.
