❤️ 30 YEARS. ONE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY. ❤️
August 31, 1996.
That was when I started my company, Exmark Transportation Services Ltd.
There was no big office. No staff. No fancy equipment. Just a small corner desk inside a hair salon, one computer, a printer that barely worked, and a dream of building something that would last.
The early days were anything but glamorous. Seven days a week. Nineteen-hour days. Barely leaving the office.
For the first 24 years, I never took more than five working days off in a year. There were nights spent sleeping on the floor, with a phone book for a pillow and a jacket for a blanket. Dinner was often nothing more than instant noodles because there simply wasn't time for anything else.
It wasn't about comfort. It was about building something. And that little corner desk became the starting point of an incredible 30-year journey.
Today, Exmark has 15 incredible people who continue to move the company forward every single day. And that is what makes this anniversary so special.
Exmark has always believed in supporting our people, our clients, our vendors, and our community. That belief has been an important part of who we are and what we have worked to build over the past 30 years.
Because a company isn't built by one person. It is built by people, employees who show up, customers who believe in you, vendors who stand behind you, friends who support you, and family who make sacrifices along the way.
Six years ago, I made the decision to step away from the day-to-day operation and retire. The greatest reward wasn't simply being able to retire. It was knowing that Exmark was in the hands of an incredible team.
A team trusted to carry the name, the values, and the legacy forward. And they have done exactly that.
To the Exmark team, thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your dedication, your hard work, and for continuing to make Exmark what it is today.
To our clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart. For 30 years, you have trusted Exmark, supported us, stood by us, and given us the opportunity to earn your business. Your loyalty, relationships, trust, and friendship have meant more to me than I can put into words. Many of you have been part of this journey for years, and I will always be grateful for the role you played in helping build Exmark into the company it is today.
To our vendors, thank you for standing behind us through the good times and the challenging times. Your reliability, support, service, and willingness to work with us have been an important part of our success. You didn't just supply a service or a product, you became trusted partners in our journey, and I truly appreciate every one of those relationships.
To our friends and everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you for 30 incredible years of support.
And to the family members who worked alongside me over the years, thank you for your hard work, your sacrifices, and for being part of the journey. Your contribution to Exmark will always be appreciated.
And today… 15 people. 30 years. One incredible team. One incredible legacy.
What started as a dream became a company. What became a company became a family. And that family continues to carry the Exmark legacy forward.
30 years later, there is nothing but gratitude and pride.
