A truck is booked. The pickup is scheduled. Sounds simple, right?
But what happens before that truck actually hits the road?
Is the equipment suitable for the load? Has the pickup appointment been confirmed? Are the shipment details accurate? Does the driver have the right information? And if there's a delay at the shipper, what's the backup plan?
These are the little things that can turn into big problems when they're overlooked.
At GNS Freight Solutions, a big part of our job happens before the freight even moves. It's checking the details, asking the right questions, coordinating with carriers, and making sure everyone involved is on the same page.
Because sometimes, the difference between a smooth shipment and a stressful one comes down to a conversation that happened before pickup.
