Bimini, but make it Virgin Voyages. 😉🌴

Today we’re waking up in the Bahamas and getting our first taste of Bimini!

Turquoise water, white-sand beaches and a day to enjoy that laid-back island energy. This was one of the stops I was most excited about when I saw our itinerary, and now we’re actually here. ☀️🌊

I’ll be taking it all in today, partly for me and partly so I can tell you what it’s really like when you’re planning your own Virgin Voyages getaway.

A pretty great way to start this trip. 🌴

We arrived in Miami yesterday and spent the night at the Hyatt Centric with some of the other TravelOnly agents and our suppliers before we board Virgin Voyages today.

Ocean views, a huge bathroom and a night in Miami before my very first cruise… I’m definitely not complaining. 😂

Now it’s time to see what Virgin Voyages is all about! 🚢

Tomorrow I’m heading out on my very first Virgin Voyages cruise! 🚢🌴

I’ve talked about Virgin Voyages with clients, but now I get to experience it for myself. The ship, the food, the entertainment, the adults-only atmosphere and, of course, a little Caribbean sunshine. ☀️

I’m excited to see what makes Virgin different and share some of it with you along the way.

Today is National Hotel Employee Day! ❤️

From the housekeeper who remembered your name to the bartender who made your vacation extra special, hotel employees often make the biggest difference.

I still think about a bartender at Le Centre Sheraton in Montreal. I was walking up to the bar with my empty glass and he was already pouring my next one before I even got there. He'd overheard me on the phone with my sister mentioning I had more time that night, and he just quietly picked up on it. That kind of attention is what turns a good stay into a memorable one.
