Since 1997 we have supplied fresh from the roaster Fairtrade, Organic and Micro Lot Coffees to coffee lovers, cafes and restaurants. Packaged in 100% compostable bags and delivered locally in a 100% electric vehicle. We offer Free home and office delivery to Kingston and Area, and walk up orders at our Roastery on Progress Avenue. and all courier shipments are carbon neutral.

Today we are cupping our long-standing FTO Washed Ethiopia Sidamo against our new microlot, Organic Ethiopia Guji Natural. These coffees have different processing methods.

Washed coffees have the fruit removed before drying, while naturally processed coffees are dried with the cherry intact. This results in a fruit-forward profile with rich, complex flavors.

Big news! We are excited to open the doors of our new roastery on Tuesday, April 7th. After 6+ months we’ve transformed an office building into a space that’s truly special to us. We will be open from 8AM-5PM ready to welcome you.

Please note, 721 progress will be closed starting April 7th. We will be open at 721 progress on Monday April 6th. All deliveries and shipments will continue to process as normal. Thank you again for your patience.
