A Respectful Message About Business Boundaries
I believe in fair competition. Everyone has the right to work, grow their business, look for opportunities, and provide for their family. I have never had a problem with that, and I have no intention of stepping on anyoneβs toes or making anyone feel unwelcome in our industry.
However, there is a clear difference between fair competition and deliberately interfering with someone elseβs established business relationships.
For more than five years, I have worked extremely hard to build KERC Solutions from the ground up. I have invested my time, money, equipment, reputation, and countless hours into building relationships with customers, contractors, and companies that trust us with their work.
These relationships were not handed to me. They were earned.
KERC Solutions is not simply a business for me. It is a source of income for my family and for other people who depend on the work this business generates. There are people who rely on the jobs, projects, and opportunities that come through this company.
So I want to make this very clear and respectfully:
Please stay out of the business relationships I have worked hard to establish.
If you want to compete, compete.
If you can offer a better price, offer it.
If you can provide better service, prove it.
If you can build your own relationships, build them.
I respect legitimate competition.
But do not interfere with my customers, do not interfere with my main contractors, and do not attempt to undermine the relationships and opportunities that I have spent years building.
I donβt interfere with your business.
I donβt approach your customers.
I donβt try to take your contractors.
I donβt try to damage what you have built.
I expect the same level of professional respect in return.
We can all succeed without trying to bring someone else down.
I have worked too hard, sacrificed too much, and built too much to simply stand by while someone deliberately tries to interfere with my source of living.
I am here to work, not to fight.
I am here to build, not to destroy.
I respect everyone who respects my boundaries.
But make no mistake:
I will protect my business, my customers, my relationships, my employees, my subcontractors, and the livelihood of the people who depend on KERC Solutions.
There is enough work for people who are willing to earn it.
Compete with me β but donβt interfere with me.
Letβs keep business professional, respectful, and fair.
