We’re hiring an Account Manager to grow our fertilizer and crop protection business based out of our Hamlin, SK location.

In this role, you’ll be focused on building strong relationships with farmers by managing an existing book of business while also driving new sales. In addition to selling fertilizers and crop protection products, you’ll be helping customers plan, forecast, and make informed decisions for the season ahead.

We’re looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a background in agronomy or ag sales. If you are self-driven, confident working with experienced growers, and enjoy building relationships and growing a business in a meaningful way, we’d love to connect!

We’re hiring a Location Operations Manager to lead our Rosetown, SK retail location!

In this role, you’ll be leading operations across a multi-shed distribution environment—overseeing inventory, logistics, equipment, and team performance—while making sure everything is done safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our broader business goals.

You’ll work closely with sales and agronomy teams to ensure products are positioned to meet customer demand, especially during peak seasons. Just as important, you’ll play a key role in building a strong team culture—bringing people together, keeping communication clear, and helping drive consistency across functions.

We’re looking for someone who has experience leading warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring structure and alignment to complex operations. A background in agriculture is a plus but not required.

If you’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading teams, and making an impact in a local operation that supports growers and customers in a real way, we’d love to connect.
