NO GATE ACCESS 485 Cree Drive Kamloops

Hi there.
I want to give everyone as much notice as possible.
On Monday August 31, 2026 There will be NO GATE ACCESS from 8am-noon.
Rivermist Excavating will be doing the tie in for the water connection.

Please plan your day accordingly.
If you need access during those times please let me know before 9 am tomorrow (Fri.Aug 27th)
So that I can see if one of the Fountain Tire gates can be used.

If I do not hear from you by 9am on August.27th then secondary gate access will not be available.

I just found out about this so I am scrambling a bit.

MyQ July 13,2026
It looks like the gate app has updated to Version 7.0.45 and not everyone’s has auto updated.

open the app
click the three dots
look at bottom
it should be app version 7.0.45
if it’s not then delete, restart your phone and re-download
go to you app store and look for Community by MyQ (the snowflake)

If you have an iPhone I can text you the download link.
So far this has worked for everyone who has had a problem.

Heads up, drivers 🚧

Starting May 9, the Ministry of Transportation and Transit will be completing bridge maintenance near Exit 369 (Columbia off-ramp). To safely carry out this work, westbound Trans-Canada Highway traffic will be detoured nightly for approximately four weeks.

🚛 What to expect: Detoured westbound traffic through City routes, with minor daytime impacts possible due to congestion
