Prohibited Possession: Operating or possessing prohibited/restricted fi***rms and am******on while under a lifetime ban.

Violent Crimes & Mischief: Using violence against a person or property, and mischief causing actual danger to life.

Breach of Conditions: Failing to comply with a court-ordered condition of undertaking.

He has been arrested as he was on the run.

Durham Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of defrauding a 78-year-old man out of more than $33,000 in Clarington. Investigators say the suspect befriended the victim over about a month, agreed to provide landscaping and repair work, was paid, and then never completed the work. He is also wanted by five other Ontario police services on related fraud charges, and police believe there may be more victims. Christopher Alexander Graham, 40, of Clarington, is wanted for fraud over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and several breach-related offences.
