As a Parks Canada approved business license holder, Vision Air Services Inc. offers helicopter transportation to Sable Island for visitors and their private guide.

There are two permanent helipads on Sable Island. 🚁 What dictates landing on one helipad over the other? Tern season!

The main helipad is right in the middle of the bird colony. It is only in operation outside of the nesting season. For the safety and the protection of the colony, the helicopter lands at the remote helipad from May to August.

The helicopter can take up to 8 passengers. Flying in the aircraft itself is an adventure!
