The last 24 hours in Halifax, Nova Scotia were amazing. Due to a 100% chance of rain in that region on Friday, I decided to head North to Prince Edward Island (PEI) for the night. Spent the evening setting up camp and enjoying an incredibly lobster dinner in Charlottetown, PEI. Had to get a minor repair made on the HOG today; however, the staff at the Harley Davidson shop told me exactly where to go and what to do when exploring the rest of the island tomorrow. Can’t wait!!

Pictures don’t do day two of this HOG trip any justice whatsoever. Going around Boston was the downside of the day but the coastline of New Hampshire and Maine was more beautiful than I can describe. Beautiful water, scenery, marinas, and talking with locals while eating lobster and drinking local beverages made today a solid 10!! Camping in Freeport, Maine tonight. Still no Monkey Butt!! (Thanks, Cristal Armijo!)

Day one is in the books. Chincoteague, Lewes/Cape May ferry ⛴ ride across the Delaware Bay, a stop in Atlantic City, and hellish traffic through New York City. The Jersey shore is beautiful and New York City shimmering in the late afternoon/evening sun was awesome. The Freedom Tower very appropriately stood out on this July 4th holiday week!! 🇺🇸

Started my day at 6:30 and parked the HOG at 9:30 just north of Bridgeport, CT. Thank you Cristal Armijo for the fabulous seat cushion...no monkey butt for me 😉🤪😁!!

Major disappointment when I arrived in Chincoteague this morning. My go-to spot for raw oysters was not open yet. These people need to get on “my” schedule!!! Disappointment didn’t last long. Came across Island Joe’s Coffe & Crepes. Had a no calorie 😉 strawberry and milk-chocolate crepe. Went from disappointment to outstanding in about 3 minutes 😁!!
