When Hadi first came across an internship opportunity with TFI International while in university, he almost didn't apply because he knew very little about the transportation industry. Taking that chance led to an Operations Analyst internship with Laidlaw Van in 2023, and the start of a rewarding career journey. While completing his degree, Hadi continued supporting the team part-time before joining full-time as a Logistics Analyst in 2025. Today, he helps broker freight, develop reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights that support business decisions across the organization. Always eager to learn, Hadi continues to expand his knowledge through new opportunities, including involvement in lane quoting and RFQs. His story is a great example of how stepping outside your comfort zone can lead to meaningful growth and career development.
