We spent today relaxing by the infinity pool, our plunge pool, and a short walk along the promenade. After dinner, we watched the sunset feom the rooftop of the aptly named Sunset Bar.

The Canary Islands have not disappointed. What will tomorrow bring? Come back to find out!

Scotland day 9 - Largs Viking Festival.

After the reenactment, participants and Ffestival goers participate in a walk along the water to the burning of the Viking ship. The procession is lead by torched and, you guessed it, more bagpipes, this time in the form of a pipe band!

We spent our last full day heading to the Largs Viking Festival. On the eay, we stipped at West Kilbride and had a great dinner at The Seamill Hydro Resort & Hotel. This resort has spectacular views of the Firth of Clyde.

After dinner, we hopped back on the train to Largs for the Viking Festival. The Festival reenactment the 1263 Battle of Largs.

Along the way to the reenactment, we were luck to see dolphins in the Clyde Estuary!

The reenactment ends with a march along the waterfront to the burning of the Viking Ship.

Kelvingrove Museum's daily 1:00 pm organ recital.

We took the subway to the Kelvingrove Museum and took in some of the exhibits. Did you know that museums in Glasgow are free of charge permanently for their main permanent collections? There is no time limit or expiration date on this free access!
