Today, June 21st is National Indigenous Peoples Day. It is a day that we celebrate and recognize the culture and contributions of Indigenous people across Canada.

It is a day to share and learn about those cultures and traditions and honor the history of Indigenous peoples.

We had the honor of attending the Festival of Trees Gala this past weekend. What an incredible evening. The Festival of Trees is a major fundraiser for the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation.

This year we decorated 5 mini trees that we donated to be sold at the Gala. Thank you to all of the ladies in the office that contributed their time, creativity and enthusiasm. A special mention to our First Place winner in the Non-Traditional category, congratulations Tammy Wilson!
