Today, we celebrate the incredible men and women who keep our students safe every single day - our school bus drivers! 🙌💛

From early mornings and long routes 🌅🚦 to caring smiles and calm voices that start a child’s day right 😊, school bus drivers are true everyday heroes. They drive through rain, snow, and sunshine 🌧️❄️☀️ - all with one mission: to get every child to and from school safely.

School Bus Driver Appreciation Day school 🚍

A school bus driver can be responsible for 50 or more youth from ages 3 to 18 at one time. All while driving down the road.

They know each of their names, their grade, their school. Who they like to sit with, and who they shouldn't sit with. What days of the week they will be at Mom's, Dad's, the baysitters, daycare or Grandparents. What extra curriculars they have this week. Drivers watch students grow each year. Watching their younger siblings grow from being a baby, to joining them on the bus. Drivers greet them from their families and bring them to school to their teachers.
School bus drivers are the beginning and the end of a students day. Their 'Good Morning' and 'Good Night'.

Thank you drivers for the impact you make each day, navigating through traffic, and making sure all of our students arrive safely.
