I believe it!

New research confirms that regular travel has measurable health benefits beyond stress relief. People who take at least two trips per year show lower inflammation markers, better cardiovascular health, and longer telomeres, the cellular indicator of biological aging, compared to non-travelers.

The effect is strongest in people who travel to unfamiliar environments rather than the same destination repeatedly. Your body apparently ages slower when you give it something new to process.
