The viral summer roll… but make it Mediterranean 🌯

Crispy falafel, fresh veggies, and a thick dip of hummus instead.

Simple, fresh, and actually worth making.

What you’ll need:
Carrot
Cucumber
Lettuce
Cilantro
Green onion
Tomato
Infused falafel
Rice paper

Dip:
Authentic Hummus, Plain yogurt, Tahini, cumin, Sumac, salt and pepper

Start with a delicious pita, then build:

🔥 Golden & Crispy
Seasoned eggplant + zucchini, air-fried until just right

🥄 Creamy Base
A thick layer of Infused hummus (don’t be shy)
Ruba added garlic and yogurt to the our hummus

🌶️The Finishing Touch
Add your favourite spices for that extra flavour
Ruba used sumac (a favourite) and cumin

Wrapped, layered, and finished exactly how it should be.
