Well, I’m basically a mechanic now 💁‍♀️ JK. But I did learn about changing brakes, air filters, spark plugs, and more. There’s a couple minor things left to do but the van is back in drivable condition! Any ideas on how I can thank all the wonderful people in my life who offered to help? 💕

I haven’t posted in a bit for a couple reasons - my birthday, my sister’s wedding, visiting family from overseas, and a giant quote to fix the van’s issues. I went in with a pulsing brake and came out with a laundry list of problems. I’m a bit deflated but thankful to be surrounded by people who know a thing or two about vehicles 🥴 here’s the list:
- Front and rear brakes including rear park brake cables
- Front ball joints
- Front wheel bearings
- Wheel alignment
- Wiper blades (I can do these 💪)
- Spark plugs
- PCV valve
- Wheel lock key (easy purchase!)
- Throttle body service
- Door lock actuator (I knew about this but it’s 3x the expected cost)
- Air filter
- Oil change

Blah.
