Ceremony for the queen at cenotaph today. I came to realize that I will never stand or sing or acknowledge our national anthem. ..I actually hate it....where's my country while the mcfd abducted my daughter? Our country is the worst by far, ignorant to the infinite degree destroy my life and my daughter's life to save the ass of the idiot worker who didn't even take the time to read the complaint fully.....putting the Blame on me while the c9mplaint was against Jody and Eddie....absolutely destroyed our lives on purpose to save the idiot worker....God save our souls when our politicians allow these acts. ...which they do because I have informed them of every injustice for 3 years and they completely ignore me.
Right Justin Trudeau? John Horgan? DAN ASHTON? NEAL ELLIOTT? LISA DONALDSON? JUDGE KEYES? DAVID LAMETTI?
I HAVE INVOLVED WELL OVER 20 POLITICIANS AND ADVOCATs.
God save our country from these people who have the feelings that they are a superior being. And they are the ones who choose who gets to be a parent and who doesn't. Isn't it God that makes that choice?

Let's try this again. Mcfd penticton could not have a true copy of my signature Justin Trudeau. Because when Kelly Day(team leader) altered the family plan she forwarded a copy to Amy Legear in Duncan bc to have me sign it....I refused as the mcfd director had the cmha in Duncan make my life a living he'll because I was in fact a good father abs they screwed up....so instead if fixing what they broke in the first place by noy fully reading complaint....they had to go to drastic measures to save face. 1. Made me homeless 2. Kept my daughter from me 3. Assumed I was in fact the one the complaint was about 4. Altered every single document they had, to suit then. 5. Refused to give me disclosure for 3 yesrs 6. Continuously alienated me from my daughter 7.commited the federal offense of forgery to keep my daughter....which drastically changes this case from a child protection issue into a child abduction....where all parties involved must be made to answer to....including yourself Mr Trudeau!!!! Voted by the people for the people, right? I'm really not seeing it sir.

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Joseph Hebert and I have been going through a pure life of literal hell brought on by the ministry of children and family development.

I have been through every single step as I started with justin trudeau, who referred me to the director... Whose only statement to me was "it doesn't matter how much we screwed up in the beginning we're creating new issues and keeping your daughter"
So I involved john HORGAN who referred me to the MCFD complaints department, who admitted that the MCFD was liable for compensation for making me homeless but as they were unable to issue funds I would have to discuss the matter further with the director-mentioned above, will not respond to any communications whatsoever.
As well as the child advocacy group, whose response was..they understand how hard this must be on me but are powerless to return my daughter to me.... When I asked them if my daughter's she's my rights are being met in regards to us having a life without three MCFD involved..... Her supervisor contacted me saying.... She refuses to answer that question as she knows her rights.... WTF?

Now Hon. Doug Routley, I've spoken with Sonia FURSTENEAU, as well as Dan ASHTON.... Who HAVE both done absolutely nothing..... The question is.... Do you have the balls to stand up for me?
Believe me I fully understand if you can't won't or don't.... It seems the MCFD have dinner weird magic power to make everyone keep away.......
But this is my daughter and I can't quit.... They have made me homeless, they've gotten my vehicle taken away, they've closed a business I've established, they've even gone so far as to get Warmland shelter to call the RCMP to she report that I r***d some one without a stitch of evidence, for no reason... Nothing.... JUST to put some sort of blemish on me as I have a spotless criminal record.
Now you see what I mean by hell .... Absolutely undeniable hell..... The reason they are doing so this to me is because they screwed up in the beginning because the original social WORKER didn't read the complaint....
The complaints was against my ex and her spouse..I wasn't the spouse....I actually saw the very moment she realized that when I asked her why she was keeping my daughter from me... She started reading and stopped mid sentence.. .. And left our meeting..

She assumed ask responsibility alienating my daughter from me for a year .... Then started reading.....
You see..... And since then they've committed forgery and are further alienating her from me right this second again..... Since November....

I need you to end this and get them to return my daughter with a hefty compensation package. .. If this goes to supreme court, believe me, all involved...I will ensure spend time behind bars ...

And now unfortunately that I've told you about the forgery and breeching my charter of rights, if you refuse to do anything about it.... Puts you on them list of people involved in the Abduction of my daughter by government officials and public servants.... Your only alternative is to actually do something about it, sir.

If you refuse to do anything about it from this point on that makes you an accessory. ... Look up the law regarding the federal offense of forgery.... Because you are an official who knows about this forged document issued by your representatives.... HORGAN decided to resign.... But he is still very responsible...

Please look into this.....I love my daughter very much sir.... And the MCFD Penticton UNJUSTIFIED abducted my daughter made me homeless and kept me homeless...
And unfortunately, or fortunately, we'll see.... I'm now one of your constituents.....

But yes they breeched my charter of rights and freedoms....

And I demand action against them immediately.
