My current letter to the ministry:
So,
Now that the both of you have had a chance to read the file.
You can see by giving Jody so much access to Bella is the complete wrong thing to do to my baby girl.
Jody is clinically insane without the meds she was prescribed in Surrey...
You guys have been listening and believing her lies and giving her what she wants....
If you look at those letters Shawna had....like I said ....in all those instances where her and her spouse were fighting etc...it was referring to Eddie... the instances where adeline had bella since the beginning.....of her time with Eddie....
For 4 years Jody and I never trusted a single person to watch our daughter...adeline watched Issabella one day in four years so Jody and I could go see meatloaf in penticton.....we never fought until the last month, June 2018.
Which is where I suspect jody got into he**in.....
So essentially, to Issabella, Jody placed her with a stranger. And because of Eddie holding the death of our friend Davy Goulet, and him having a picture of her doing drugs with Davy that night....shes been doing what he says....
And now hes forcing her to get my daughter do he can do what he wants to her...
When her lawyer stated facts about the no contact order....I laughed because that was a rouse eddie called the police stating that he saw me hitting her, so they could use victims assistance as extra monies. when it gets to the custody hearing for bella, I'll be bringing up, doing he**in, assaulting me, stalking me, identity theft on me, stealing my car, selling communal property without my permission, attempted vehicular manslaughter, theft over $5000, theft under $5000.....I'm not joking when I said I love her still......but look at what they've been doing to me....and this has been constant for 2 1/2 years.
They put me in jail for breech of the no contact order, causing me to lose my income as well as housing....4 separate times....because jody, knowing I loved her still would call and ask for help....so I'd go to help then Eddie would call the police....
What the two of them have done to this family is unforgivable, and you pretty much handing my daughter to the monster that taught her the pe**ee spanks game constantly is mental abuse in the worst way.....even him showing up that day was mental abuse to both me and my daughter.....just put us both into PTSD.....thanks.
Once again....dont believe one word jody says to you and for christ's sake DO NOT LEAVE MY DAUGHTER WITH HER ALONE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Now you can see why Murray and Shawna hated Jody so much. Ita because of Shawna believing the stories to be about me when they were actually against Eddie, which put Shawna in the position where I am going to be filing charges of alienation, conspiracy to kidnap bella (with adeline), kidnapping Issabella, and unlawfully detaining her, misinforming the police and to who her rightful parents are, etc.
Jody and adeline were 100% to blame....but when I mentioned to Shawna that I was going to press charges against adeline.....she stopped me in midsentence and said ....."No Joe, I assume full responsibility for everything that adeline has done".....so Shawna threw the whole of mcfd under the bus.
And now you can see where my anger, my dislike, my distrust, my whole case is now against you...Laura. Since Shawna is no longer part of this case, I suppose you're the constant here....so it's you I'll be charging since she was a representation of you.
This was all just a misunderstanding by Shawna thinking I would ever abuse anyone I love, the only time I ever laid a finger on jody was in new westminister, where there's a police file, because she attacked me while I was driving 100km/hr on sw marine drive. I had to pin her to the door by pulling her hair do I could stop the car and put it in park, she would not stop attacking me to even put it in park.....at that point I hopped out she stole my car at that point attempting to run me over whilst she did so....there is a police file there, where she refused to go to the police station.. .and she ran off to kamloops to Eddie.....or with eddie.
So you can't trust her....eddie is always there, and sadly, always will be..
I love her to death, but he has her so hooked to he**in now it's not funny....
And the only reason she wants bella is to not go to jail for abandoning her with that stranger we were talking about, adeline Stubbs....
And I have not done a single thing wrong to make myself look like an unfit parent.
That again was something Shawna decided to create herself by making me homeless.....to justify her actions....
If you think you still have a leg to stand on....go for it.....my retribution package is only getting bigger and bigger.... it's up to you guys....because all you are doing is hurting my baby girl in purpose to make it look like you can justify all of this......you'll never and I mean NEVER be able to justify actions against me I guarantee that....I've been communicating with Justin Trudeau for over a year now, you know this Laura...
Now make use of the housing grant ....hook me up with it....and let's for this all settled tomorrow....I'm more then willing to allow a worker into my house with bella on a daily basis, to prove you are wrong......what could get better then that? Huh?.....
And I will be needing some retribution o top of that, as it WAS your employee who caused my hardships.....
You cant get a better deal then that Laura, ask your supervisor if I should speak with them about this case, since Justin Trudeaus personal reference to this minister, was not you. Now, was it????
If this doesn't seem rational or logical, maybe you might want to give me that ministers personal email so I can send copies of all my emails as well as my intent to lay charges on government representatives......
Let's settle this people!!!! The only one getting hurt here us my daughter!!!!!! QUIT DOING THIS TO HER!!!!!!!
