We just wanted to pass on a huge “thank you” to the folks at Premiere Van Lines for doing a great job with our move!

It’s no small feat to move a household after 40 years in one location. The guys were amazing! Friendly, efficient, respectful, professional, and fun!

We recently used Premier as a moving company to go from Dartmouth to our new home in Summerside. It was our first experience with a professional moving company and they lived up to that name: professional.

Quote / cost: the process was simple, explained well, and had no hidden costs. Clint answered all our questions and gave a thorough walk through at every step. He was friendly and know his job very well. The final cost was lower than every other company I called.

Communication: every question we asked by phone or email was answered, usually within a few hours. We never felt like we were bothering them; they showed they valued us as customers.

The pack and move: Showed up early, finished earlier than they quoted. Ricky and his crew know their stuff. They were fast, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They asked questions where things needed to be asked, and they seemed to value our stuff as much as we did.

The unload: everything arrived safe and they were as efficient on the unload as they were on the load. They put everything where we asked, even set up the beds and tables.

Overall, I would highly recommend Premier as a moving company, whether local or cross country. Safe, hard working, and easy to work with during the stress of a move. They are definitely a company who knows their stuff.

Hello Neil,

Wanted to thank the crew for our move on Friday (Feb 26). Everything went well, and we are settling in bit by bit into the new place.

The crew arrived at scheduled time. All 3 members were very friendly — even Sam the pooch enjoyed them!

The crew was fast - but still careful with our furniture - both to load and unload.

I have moved 3 times now with Premiere and would certainly recommend Premiere to friends or family that need to move!

"My partner and I have moved a combined half dozen times over the last few years, with job changes and life events, internationally and long distance. After a few bad experiences with movers, I was hesitant at the thought of any moving company. I reached out to Premier Van Lines in Halifax, who put me in touch with Clint Giffin. We could not have had a better experience! Clint was super helpful from the start, listened to all our questions, concerns, hang-ups, challenges and provided thoughtful, knowledgeable and clear answers. They provided a quote based on the items that we had and the final invoice was within a few hundred dollars. We had packers who packed our home and were professional and friendly. Movers picked up our items the next business day in Halifax and started their journey to Toronto. Delivery in Toronto was within the estimated time frame given, and I was able to reach out to the driver and know where our items were at all times. Delivery was seamless. Huge kudos to Clint and the partners they used to support our move. They've restored our view of moving companies and I fully intend on using them again for future moves."
