Many moons ago I packed my bags and headed for Germany where I spent one of the most memorable years of my life. First stop was Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bavaria which became home while attending school at the Goethe Institute. If you’re thinking of a trip to Germany this little medieval town founded in the 10th Century will steal your heart and will not disappoint..located about 1 hour from Nuremberg it’s a gem to add to your road trip travels. I’d recommend 2-3 days here… there’s so much to see!!
