This Thanksgiving, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what matters most: our incredible employees, valued clients, and the wonderful community we’re proud to call home.

At Highlight Motor Group, we believe that giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to show our gratitude.

This year, our Highlight Volunteer Committee organized a Thanksgiving Food Drive, bringing our team together to collect food donations in support of those in need throughout our community.

We’re proud to share that all donations were delivered to the Food Bank of York Region, helping make a difference for local families this Thanksgiving season.

A special thank you to Alex and Lisa from the Food Bank of York Region for giving us the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause, and to every member of Team Highlight who generously donated, volunteered, and helped make this initiative a success!

Driven by increasing client demand, this investment strengthens our temperature-controlled capabilities and ensures we continue to have the equipment needed to meet our clients’ evolving transportation needs.

Each new re**er trailer features custom Highlight Motor Group decals and reflective unit numbers, enhancing visibility while maintaining the professional appearance of our fleet on the road.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our incredible Highlight team at our Employee Appreciation BBQ!

It was a great afternoon filled with delicious food, great conversations with our team, and an opportunity to recognize the incredible people who keep Highlight Motor Group moving forward every day.

It was especially meaningful to welcome some familiar faces who have been with us since the beginning and have been part of Highlight’s journey over the years. We also had the pleasure of making some new friends who visited Highlight for the very first time! Bringing together longtime members of the Highlight family, new faces, and our team made the afternoon truly special.

Every member of Team Highlight plays an important role in our continued success, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to come together and celebrate the people behind everything we do.

We’re proud to introduce three new Mobile Technical Support Trucks to the Highlight Motor Group fleet, further strengthening our commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Each truck has been purpose-built to support our drivers whenever they need us. They feature brand-new modern equipment, custom shelving and storage, emergency lighting for optimal visibility and safety, and custom reflective decals for increased visibility at night.

Each unit is fully equipped with industry leading tools, ensuring the highest of safety standards are met to be able to perform government approved safety inspections.

These mobile units allow our technicians to provide support on the road, helping ensure our equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready to perform.

By investing in the tools and resources that support our drivers and fleet, we’re also investing in our customers. A safer, better-supported fleet means greater reliability, fewer disruptions, and the confidence that Highlight Motor Group is always prepared and ready to serve.

Our technician noticed a damaged trailer skirt during the trailer safety inspection.

All Highlight trailers are equipped with trailer skirts, which provide safer roads and increased stability. They also provide up to 7.3% fuel savings and save a total of over 8,600 tons of CO2 per year across our entire fleet!

Our technicians remove the damaged skirt and install the new skirt.

Once the new trailer skirt has been installed, the trailer goes to get custom designed decals installed.

With aerodynamic trailer skirts, we cut down wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency and lower our environmental impact.
