We found this one buried in the archives from February 2022. Our 130 ton Tadano ATF110G 5 was looking a little different back then, sporting the red colours instead of the trusted McIntyre blue, but we’re willing to bet it was just as smooth then as it is today

Keeping a crane on top of its maintenance schedule means keeping it ready to perform when our clients need it. Tough, reliable equipment paired with a crew that knows how to put it to work

On this central city project, our crew was busy hoisting precast concrete, with multiple trades working together from start to finish. The team assessed the site, developed the lift plan, positioned the crane, monitored the limit of approach around the overhead power lines, and carefully set the precast piece into place

You gotta respect the safety guy when he doesn’t just sit in an office all day and isn’t afraid to get out in the field and get his hands dirty!

Safety Dave was out with Nicole today, geared up in his fall protection and right there helping get these tanks safely attached to the hook and ready for the lift

Nicole brought out the trusty Manitex 50-ton for a quick setup, smooth lift, and clean teardown before the crew made their way back to the yard

A great job, a great crew, and another one done right. Great work, guys!

Beebs and Alex were on site early, helping our clients offload a truckload of materials and get everything where it needed to go

Beebs brought in our 100-ton Grove GMK 4080, while Alex arrived with one of our Ford trucks and trailers equipped with our hoisting-compatible pallet forks

Crane operating isn’t just a job, it’s a lifestyle

This large HVAC project came with plenty of challenges, tight time restrictions, and a lot of coordination to make each lift happen. From the start, our crew knew planning and efficiency were going to be key

With strong pre-planning on the ground and excellent coordination from the client’s crew up top, we worked within the restrictions and kept the project moving. Every lift had to happen within specific time windows due to the activity surrounding the site, but the crew stayed efficient, communicated well, and got the job done

Projects like this are a great example of what happens when everyone involved comes together with the same goal

Smooth moves from Jay’s point of view!

With a solid rigging setup and our 300-ton Liebherr LTM 1250 onsite, the crew can efficiently get these 33,000 lb precast panels upright and ready for installation

One crane setup means we can work through a large number of panels without needing a second crane onsite. That kind of planning, precision, and equipment selection makes a big difference when it comes to keeping a project moving

300 Ton Liebherr LTM 1250 In Action

Another great day for Jay behind the controls of our 300 ton Liebherr LTM 1250, standing and placing precast panels weighing in at around 33,000 lbs each

Jay continues to be one of those operators who leads by example. He is a quick learner, knows the ins and outs of every piece of equipment in our fleet, and consistently brings that knowledge and experience into the field

Beyond operating, Jay has also played a big role in helping train others across our equipment lineup. His work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to share what he knows are a great representation of what hard work and dedication can build
