As a reminder to our customers; you know better than us the amount of things that are contained in your home. Some people are minimalists whereas others have an absorbent amount of items. We do not have control over whether or not you under report your contents to us and that is what we use to determine your moving needs. We also have the right to cancel your job at any point if we are being abused in any manner.

Accountability needs to be had and blame should be directed where it belongs. We do not tolerate being called scammers for you not being able to accurately account for your home contents in terms of truck space, not being able or not reading your contract fully. Please ensure to read AND contact us about any questions you have about our contract and policies before your move.

We are all here and happy to help you move, but our crews and staff are humans, and are expected to be treated as such.

Because let’s be honest— improperly packed boxes are one of the biggest hidden costs of a move. Can’t stack ‘em properly, can’t move ‘em efficiently, and they’re one of the main reasons for broken items within customer packed boxes when you go to unpack in your new home.

Don’t get caught behind the 8-ball 🎱. Start boxing your lesser used items ahead of time when packing yourself. Your future self (and your stuff) will thank you.
