We are still planning on opening registration on Sunday, May 3 at 0900 hrs. To apply, please send an email to [email protected] with your kids name, age and contact info. You will get an auto-reply telling you your next steps. This is the only way to apply. Please note that the age is 8 to 18.

We are planning on hosting our annual kids flying day on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Charlottetown airport.. We are planning on opening registration on Sunday, May 3. Please watch this site around the end of April for instructions on how to register.

Saturday, June 14 the Pei flying association are hosting a open house at the Charlottetown airport if you are interested stop in!

Do to the weather forecast we have postponed the Discover Aviation Day for flying kids to next Saturday, June 14. We will be using the same registration list and same times as were indicated for tomorrow.

PEIFA is excited to announce that we are once again hosting our Discover Aviation Day on Saturday, June 7 with a rain date of June 8. Registration for Discover Aviation Day will open this Sunday, May 11, at 0900 hrs. Please send an email to [email protected] find out how to register. Please note, registrations will fill up quickly.

We are running the Discover Aviation (formerly called COPA for Kids) program this June, 2024, but since the program had to be cancelled last year due to weather, we are using the registration list from last year for this year’s program.

If you were on the list last year, you will have already received an email stating you are registered for this year and must reply confirming you wish to attend by May 15.

Unfortunately we are not able to take any new registrants this year.

One thing is for certain in aviation, the weather can bring unexpected surprises. It is with much regret that we must announce the cancellation of our fall COPA Discover Aviation (formerly COPA for Kids) event. We will look towards a potential event next spring.
