We had the pleasure of collaborating with the Seniors College of Prince Edward Island for their Fall session, hosted at the Charlottetown Library — and what a day it was!
Seniors from across our community came together to explore the world of e-bikes, starting with a fun and informative presentation led by Manny and Shaaki, followed by an exciting group ride guided by our very own Ernie Morello, with Manny lending his support on the trail.
The smiles said it all — it was a day filled with empowerment, connection, and pure joy. Whether it was a first ride or a fresh perspective, everyone left with a little more wind in their sails.

🌅 Our Final Ride of the Season — and at Our Current Location! 🚴‍♂️

Today marked a special moment for Rising Tide Electric Bicycles — our last tour of the season, and the final one from our current home base.

Led by the ever-charismatic Ernie Morello, with the wonderful Gary Gigmon by his side, this closing ride was filled with laughter, stories, and a shared love for exploring Charlottetown on two wheels.

As we wrap up for the year and prepare for our exciting move, we want to say a heartfelt thank you for your continued support, enthusiasm, and trust. Every guest, every ride, and every smile has meant the world to us.

🚴‍♀️ A Record-Breaking Day in Charlottetown! 🚴‍♂️

Today we hosted our BIGGEST 2-hour tour ever — and what a ride it was! A total of 23 amazing guests joined us to explore the beauty, history, and charm of Charlottetown on electric wheels.

To keep things flowing, we split into two energized groups:
- One led by Frank MacEachern, joined by the ever-upbeat Manny
- The other guided by the legendary Ernie Morello, with the fantastic Gary Gigmon by his side

From waterfront views to hidden gems, today was all about connection, discovery, and shared enthusiasm. Whether you cruised with Frank or rolled with Ernie, we’re so grateful you chose to ride with us.

🚲 A Beautiful Day for a Ride! 🌞
Today we teamed up with Cycling PEI to host a Free Seniors Trail Ride — and what a fantastic turnout! Starting from Red Island Cider, seniors aged 60+ joined us for a relaxed, scenic ride along the Confederation Trail to Royalty Junction and back, with plenty of smiles, stories, and cider to go around.
We were proud to provide 20 e-bikes for participants to borrow, and loved seeing others bring their own bikes to join the fun. From the intro session in the parking lot to the post-ride social, the energy was warm, welcoming, and inspiring.
Cycling is for everyone — and today proved it.
Thanks to all who joined us, and to the Seniors Secretariat of PEI for supporting this meaningful event.
