363 Captain Brian Barker RCACS

10/10/2026

On 29 September, we were able to bear witness to the attestation of Officer Cadet (OCdt) Rosina Huber!

OCdt Huber's involvement with the cadet program started as a parent volunteer with the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) "Campbell River Air Youth Association" or CRAYA. Over the years, OCdt Huber became a Civilian Instructor (CI) working primarily within the role of Administration Officer. As OCdt Huber's knowledge & experience expanded, it was evident that her next step was to enroll into the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as a member of the Cadet Instructor's Cadre (CIC) officer within the Cadet Organization & Administration Training Service (COATS).

Please help us welcome OCdt Huber!
