Compass Gallery and Gifts is now open in the terminal building! 🛍️

Located at the entrance to the Departures area, you'll find a selection of local artisan wares, jewelry, souvenirs, apparel, and travel accessories. Compass stocks the perfect gifts for you, visitors, family, and friends.

⏰ Hours in June are:
Sundays and Monday from Monday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In July, the gallery will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday through Friday (6 days per week). Happy shopping! 🧢

Pacific Coastal Airlines expanded its schedule at Campbell River Airport (YBL) this spring with the addition of midday direct flights to the Vancouver International Airport South Terminal. This increased frequency provides more flexible travel windows between the North Island and the Lower Mainland, allowing you to maximize your day.

A complimentary shuttle service operates at regular intervals directly from the South Terminal, ensuring a smooth transition to your next gate without the stress of navigating airport traffic.

Throwback! 👀

YBL has undergone a huge transformation since its inception in 1959. Originally carved from dense coastal forest, archival records show the strategic selection of "Site A" for what began as a rudimentary dirt airstrip. This initial forest cut laid the foundation for the vital regional link we operate today.

Pacific Coastal Airlines has added midday direct flights to the Vancouver International Airport South Terminal to their existing schedule. For those traveling to the Main Terminal, a complimentary shuttle service operates at regular intervals to facilitate easy transfers.

The addition of these midday slots increases the total daily capacity and provides more frequent windows for travel between the Island and the Lower Mainland.
