City Fish proudly presents “Marinated Alligator Fillet”.
Imported from Palmetto, Louisiana, U.S.A., each alligator is filleted and processed utilizing a needle-point-tenderizer, then marinated with a special blend of mild herbs and spices to enhance its flavor and no further tenderize. The advanced processing technique and versatile uses of the alligator fillet creates an ideal “low fat” alternative for your recipes.
After inspection by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry Red Meat Inspection Program, the product is then vacuum packaged and cryogenically frozen in one pound packs, complete with UPC coding.
Ingredients : Boneless Alligator Fillet, Water, Salt, Natural Extracts of Herbs and Spices, Sodium Tripolyphosphate.
