We asked a few people on our team what makes someone good at this job.

Driving matters. Training matters. But a lot of what makes someone great here starts with the person behind the wheel.

Think that sounds like you? See what we’re currently hiring for.

🦺 SAFETY SUNDAY 🦺

Tailgating // Leave Space. Stay Safe 🚗

Following too closely doesn’t give you enough time to react if traffic suddenly slows or stops. A few reminders:

✅ Keep a safe following distance and avoid tailgating.
✅ Check your mirrors regularly to stay aware of the traffic around you.
✅ If someone is tailgating you, avoid braking suddenly, stay calm and maintain a safe, steady speed.

Giving yourself a little extra space helps keep everyone on the road safe 💙

October is Disability Employment Awareness Month💙

We’re proud to recognize the contributions of people living with disabilities in workplaces and communities across Canada.

This month serves as a reminder that inclusive workplaces are built by removing barriers, creating opportunities, and ensuring people of all abilities are empowered to contribute, grow, and succeed.

We’re proud to help students living with disabilities access education each day because every student deserves the opportunity to learn and build a future✨📚

Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation🧡

This day is an opportunity to reflect, learn, and honour the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, and the families and communities who continue to be impacted by history.

At 4Seasons Transportation, we believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We remain committed to listening, learning, and fostering understanding as we work toward a more inclusive future for the communities we serve.

Today, and every day, we honour the strength, resilience, and voices of Indigenous Peoples🧡

🦺 SAFETY SUNDAY 🦺

Check your blind spots 👀 Your mirrors don’t show everything. Before changing lanes or turning, take a quick shoulder check to look for vehicles, cyclists, motorcycles, or pedestrians that may not be visible in your mirrors.

A few extra seconds can help prevent a serious collision 🚌
