It happened to one of our prospects: shipment arrived exactly as planned, and a $5,000 USD bill showed up with his name on it anyway. A storm had knocked containers loose elsewhere on the same vessel. His weren't among them, but that still didn’t matter. The cost still got split across everyone on board.
