How our booking process and deposit work 🧾🚚

We always aim to work as transparently as possible, so we’d like to explain how our booking process works and why we require a deposit.

📍 Move estimate
We request photos or videos, review all details, and prepare an honest estimate — no intentionally low numbers and no surprises on moving day.

📍 Date confirmation
Once all details are agreed upon, we reserve the crew and truck specifically for your moving date.

Important to know:
✔️ the deposit is fully deducted from the final invoice
✔️ it is not an extra charge, just part of the total cost
✔️ payment is made via a secure payment portal or e-transfer

📍 Cancellations & changes
We understand that plans can change.

✔️ full refund of the deposit if the move is cancelled more than 14 days in advance
✔️ date changes are free, no penalties
✔️ no hidden fees

📍 Why the deposit matters
Unfortunately, in the moving industry it sometimes happens that companies don’t require deposits, book multiple clients for the same date, and may cancel a move at the last minute if they receive a more profitable job.

We don’t operate this way.

Once a deposit is received:
✔️ your date is secured
✔️ the crew and truck are reserved
✔️ your move will not be cancelled last minute

📍 Final payment
After the move is completed, you only pay for the actual time worked, and the deposit is automatically applied to the final balance.

Our goal is for you to feel calm and confident on moving day, knowing everything is under control.
