This is not just a review — it’s a warning from someone who got deeply hurt and financially exploited. If you’re thinking of booking through Sirra International Travel Pvt Ltd aka FlySirra, please stop and read this carefully. What we experienced was nothing short of a scam disguised as a travel agency.
We Trusted Them — They Took Advantage of That Trust
On June 4, 2024, we began speaking with an agent from FlySirra. They spoke in Malayalam, seemed friendly and local — and that’s exactly how they gained our trust. We were promised:
• That our international ticket (Cochin to Toronto) would be blocked once we paid an advance.
• That the balance could be paid 10 days before travel.
• That everything would go smoothly and professionally.
We Paid ₹65,000 — And Got Nothing but Lies
On June 6, 2024, we transferred â‚ą65,000 in total, believing we were booking our dream journey.
But the moment the money left our hands, everything started to fall apart.
We asked for booking confirmation — and they sent us a shady, vague email. No airline ticket, no PNR, no official booking documents. Just a fake-looking message that anyone could type up.
More Red Flags — They Refused to Meet in Person
We offered to visit their office to pay the rest and collect our ticket. They dodged every request. We asked again — they changed the topic. We realized they didn’t want us anywhere near their so-called “office” because they had something to hide.
We then checked with other agencies for the current regular ticket price, and the same ticket offered from Sirra was available for much less — proving that we were overcharged too.
We Cancelled. They Promised a Refund. We’re Still Waiting.
On June 11, we told them we were no longer interested in their service and asked for our money back. They said they would refund after deducting a â‚ą2500 service charge. They claimed it would take 45 to 90 days to refund, and they would issue a post-dated cheque (which never arrived).
We then checked their Google reviews and found dozens of people like us, all cheated, all still waiting for refunds months later. That’s when it hit us — this is not bad service. This is a pattern. A setup. A scam.
They Are Still Operating. Still Luring People In.
We are not the only victims — but if you’re reading this, you can choose not to be the next one.
They continue to operate under the name Sirra International and FlySirra, fooling more families, students, and trusting people each day.

What they did to us caused mental stress, financial loss, and emotional turmoil. We feel cheated, humiliated, and helpless. Please don’t let them do the same to you.

We are now preparing to take legal action and file complaints to every regulatory authority possible.
